Refund Policy

Paid to Pivot is operated by Bored Monkey LLC (doing business as Paid to Pivot).

All sales are final. Paid to Pivot is a digital course delivered instantly upon purchase. You receive immediate and complete access to every lesson, worksheet, and tool the moment you pay — so purchases are non-refundable, with one exception, described below.

The Do-the-Work Guarantee

The course only works if you work it — so the guarantee is built around that. Do the first two modules in full, and if it hasn't helped you, get every dollar back.

You are eligible for a full refund if, within 14 days of your purchase date, you have fully completed Module 1 and Module 2. "Fully completed" means both of these:

  1. Every lesson in Module 1 and Module 2, and
  2. Every worksheet and exercise in Module 1 and Module 2, filled in.

How to request it: within the 14-day window, email info@paidtopivot.com with your completed Module 1 and Module 2 worksheets attached. We review each request personally. Once your completed work is confirmed, we refund you in full.

What does not qualify:

When a refund is issued, your access to the course ends — including the private podcast feed and the member portal.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, email info@paidtopivot.com first — we want the chance to make it right. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, or after working through the course, may be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in loss of access to the course materials.
