This Privacy Policy explains how Bored Monkey LLC (doing business as Paid to Pivot — "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit paidtopivot.com or use the Paid to Pivot course (the "Service"). We serve customers in the United States.

When you request Lesson 1, you're added to a short email series about the course. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We may still send you transactional emails (like login links or purchase confirmations) that are necessary to provide the Service.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (the ad/analytics cookies described above). The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes apply going forward.
